简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目主要为康桥镇市容环卫保洁和设施养护管理，其中包括康桥镇镇管道路清扫养护36.413km（其中：人工清扫保洁道路养护18.654km，机扫机冲人工保洁道路养护17.759km）、康桥镇16座公共厕所的保洁、27座生活垃圾收集点（箱房）保洁、106356.09吨（预估）垃圾清运工作、口袋公园等绿地、河道护栏保洁的保洁工作、镇域内67只废物箱保洁工作、以及有害垃圾清运12次（预估）、无主垃圾应急清运3086.42m?（预估）、三重保障15000工时（预估）等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

合同履约期限：本项目一次采购三年有效，合同一年一签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年，最长不超过三年。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2025年11月1日起至2026年10月31日。
The Contract Period:The project is procured for three years at a time, with the contract signed annually. The contract is renewed for one year each time after the purchaser’s assessment, with a maximum duration of three years. The service period covered by the project’s procurement budget is from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.
